The PVSEC-26 Tutorials will take place on  24 October 2016 at the National University of Singapore (NUS). The tutorials are open to all delegates at an additional fee and lunch is provided.

The tutorials are covered under four areas:

  1. Crystalline silicon solar cells: state-of-the-art and industry trends
  2. Energy Meteorology: Weather Intelligence for Renewable Energy, Smart Grids and Future Cities
  3. Tandem solar cells: underlying physics and simulation
  4. Power losses in solar cells: Analytical toolbox

Who should attend the tutorials?  The PVSEC-26 tutorials are created for students, scientists and industry professionals who want to learn about the state-of-the-art in photovoltaic device, analysis, and solar resource prediction in four concise, knowledge-packed sessions.  The tutorials begin by covering relevant basic theories, making them suitable for both those new to the subject and experienced professionals.

Why?  Taught by experts in the field, the tutorials are a cornucopia of scientifically and industrially relevant knowledge that include both sound fundamentals, as well as latest trends, important milestones.  They are a great way to understand the subjects with theoretical underpinning, and to get the latest updates on important developments.  The tutorial slides will be made available at the start of the tutorial.
